When HPCL MITTAL was putting up a stall in an exhibition in Hyderabad, around 25 well-known agencies from across the nation submitted their designs for selection. We too were eager to get our foot in the door of the multinational corporate exhibition industry, and we executed exhibition stall design and fabrication for HPCL MITTAL.

As per the brief, we created a design which was aesthetically pleasing, sophisticated and minimalistic. The exhibition stall design incorporated the elements of the logo used green and white as primary colors and was well-lit. The design also ensured comfortable movement of a large number of visitors and had an appealing layout with minutest details. When we got the contract of exhibition stall design and fabrication, we ensured that it is in inclination with HPCL MITTAL’s vision. We were very happy when after five stern rounds of shortlisting, our design was selected.

Right from precisely replicating the 3D design we created, to getting the size of the scissors to be provided for the inaugural ribbon-cutting right, everything was taken care of as per the committed deliverables.
In less than 36 hours, we could create a stall that outnumbered all other simplistic designs in the show. Since we had done enough work on the design, with our experience we could achieve this in much less time than required for a job with appropriate finishing and finesse. Our pre-planning, meticulous operations and proactive resource mobilization proved to be extremely helpful in this situation. When it comes to exhibition stall design and fabrication, we walked every extra mile for the client to deliver the finesse that we are prominent for.
As a consequence, our stall was the most appreciated, the most recognized and witnessed the maximum number of visitors.
